1. Loratadine is an antihistamine drug with high selectivity and strong effect on peripheral nerve H1 receptor. A long-acting tricyclic antihistamine that inhibits histamine H1 receptors competitively and inhibits allergic symptoms caused by histamine;
2. Loratadine is used to treat sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other cold or allergy symptoms. Loratadine is also used to treat skin hives and itching in people with chronic skin reactions;
